Wonder what price they will be by christmas (i bloody hate the term 'the holiday season'!!) anyone any thoughts?
New toast sounds tasty also. Drag and drop will be nice. I hate the procedure involved in burning discs.
Though this will I'm sure require some little toast prog to run in the backround, which is one of my big windows hates!!

hmm... laggy?
this seems like the fastest iPhone Twitter client i've used so far (and trust me i've bought just about every one).

Nvm. figured out how to JB. However, once I got loader on there, i was unable to get it to download Cydia. It said I had no disc space, but I had just restored, so the iPod was empty. Hmm..

As mentioned above. Interested in purchasing an 8GB iPhone, does NOT have to be unlocked (I'm AT&T) and would prefer it not since people seem to believe that running a program for 10 minutes makes it worth $150 on top :).

I saw a commercial for RIM's playbook the other day. It has some uniqueness to the interface. Sure all tablets are going to be similar to an extent but at least RIM tried to put a little originality into theirs unlike Samsung and their blatant copy of the ipad.
I can't wait to see the TouchPad. webOS is pretty nifty :)

How are you trying to do it? Two options:
1) Click the little paper-clip icon and attach the image (size restrictions though).
2) Upload it to an image hosting site, and paste the link between [t*img] and [/t*img] tags (minus the *s). Make sure the link ends in .jpg or .png or whatever extension the image has.

Not much really when you stop and think about. You can get 12TB of storage on Newegg (let's say 4000 3TB drives) for a couple hundred grand. Of course Apple is buying more than just drives.
obviously you have never shopped for Enterprise storage for a SAN
back when 2TB drives were $300 or so we bought some 500GB drives from EMC for $800 each plus or minus some $$$.

I finally took the time to somewhat clean my desktop in order to take this screenshot. Still way too many folders for how I like, but I consolidated nearly 60% and got them in a single column!

This is similar to how I feel about Exchange/Outlook. Companies want to use Exchange only because it is one stop shopping for IT. In a corporate environment, Exchange is so inadequate as to be laughable. This is from a user stand point. It message/email tracking are simply pathetic IMO. It really feels like it is a personal email system forced to live in a corporate environment.
I have used Notes extensively as a database platform and have been dually impressed with what it can do. In one case, it was a bug/change tracking system and the implementation of the database was simply sweet. I have never heavily used the email system but going from Groupwise to Exchange was a shock in just how bad Exchange was.

4. They think that Notes databases are cool and hip and truly believe Access is an enterprise level database

Please tell me why you find it acceptable to use homophobic slurs.
So violence is an acceptable solution? So I can beat Gay persons up (Don't twist this analogy, I've stated numerous times on this board, I'm all for Gay rights), I just can't, in their opinion, verbally insult them? :rolleyes:
I have been physically assaulted in the past by straight people using those slurs. I have received death threats as well. You have no idea what that is like, not one ****ing clue. Get over yourself. Work for Gimp. And if they do, at what extent. I know it can't replace it guys, but I'm not too big on graphic design and wanted to delve a little in it first.
