Hi
my wife has got H1 this year and
she wants to transfer to H4 as she got Ead and she
wants to use EAD .and still we didnt get AP.she wants
to leave to india in jan she dont have stamp in her
passport
if we apply now for the conversion of H1 to H4 can
she leave to india now and can i send that approval
letter to india then she goes to stamping in india.
is it possible. please suggest me

Nothing stops you from having a religious marraige.

We had a 8 hr long meeting with a lobbying firm right on the Capitol hill. The meeting progressed very well. We came out with a wealth of information. This firm seems to have the right contacts and connections. I am creating a pointwise document the people in this firm promised and were confident to achieve. Just to let you know we have Labor Backlog centers and Retrogression on our agenda.

If it is new 485 filing then you don't have A#.
A# on I-140 is nothing do with your 485.
Its has everything to do with 485 if its the alien # alloted to you at 140 stage and begins with a 0 (zero) thats your permanent alient number wont change for life.
But as far as not mentioning it is no big deal as your paperwork includes I140 copy or original whatever and shouldnt have any negative impact on the filing.

My PERM for EB3 has been approved on July 2008. My I-140 is pending. 485 has not been submitted yet. I don't have EAD card either. For some reason, I have to change job.
My question is, if my current employer will not revoke my current I-140 sponsorship, even I have left company, and in case my current I-140 will be approved, can my priority date be carried over?

You cannot claim a cousin on F1 status to be your dependent.
The most important point is F1 students have to file their own 1040NR and are Non resident aliens for tax purposes and cannot be dependents on Resident alients.
More over You cannot claim the tuition deduction for her because
(1) she showed proof of financial ability when joined the school.
(2) AFAIK, Tuition deduction can be made only for people either you/your spouse or your dependents
I know this because I paid tuition for my own sister and I was told that I cannot claim her as a dependent. Some CPA might say the contrary, but if you want the exact info call the IRS 800 829 1040

I had a G lens for a year or so then one day it just stopped working, my D lens I bought used and it's still working today. Also a D70 owner. The G was cheap and ended up kind of being a disposable in some ways, it was cheap enough so I'm not out that much.

Unless the dependent is going to have his 140 filed under EB1 I am not sure it would help.
But to answer your question, I think it is ok to file. Check with your attorney before you do that though
