It's hard to explain, but the first two don't really do anything for me. The third one is certainly a step in the right direction (totally fugly JPEG artifacts ignored), and I think that with a bit of post processing you could really take it in some interesting directions. My eye only notices the deer after a little while; if you wanted to focus more on the deer, you could use a masked adjustment layer to subtly (the key word is subtly - very subtly) darken everything but the animal, and another adjustment layer to add a tiny bit of contrast only to the deer. Of course, QJ will come up with many other and more creative things to try, but that's off the top of my head a few ideas to start with. :)

Also carry the proof (H1b receipt notice) that your H1b is applied waiting for the approval and letter from your employer that they have applied for H1 extension.

I did something different.
In the field "Date of last entry into US", by mistake i put the I-94 validity date. On I-94, there is the date paroled and also the I-94 valid until. By mistake i put in May 2010 instead of May 2009. I did submit the application. When i was sending the supporting documents, i put a cover letter asking them to correct the date. I have to see how they respond. Did anyone actually get this thing corrected. And does these things cause any delays in the processing of the EAD application.

My H1b extension was applied on Jan 15. It is approved this week.

I have called the IRS for this scenario and the IRS rule is that the dependent has to be present in US for at least 180 days. Also they need to have an ITIN applied for (you can also apply for ITIN while filing your taxes).

I did it in Kinkos, I took all data pages in color and empty pages in black and white. It cost me around $15. (For two people). I also included all I 94 Cards.

that is not bad thinking that all the stories we heard about hundreds of people who were friends' friend and were deported at EWR.
While I understand for those 3 people it is virtually a nightmare, but it does bring things into perspective.

3 year h1 extension requires I140 to be approved plus non-current priority dates. You can get a copy of the approval from your attorney

Now middle vendor is threatning me that he can sue me for breaking the line of contract .
i dont understand ho can even its possible as i never signed any document with middle vendor and he is not even my employer . He is just acting as middle layer by showing prime vendor that i am his employee which is wrong.
anyone can sue anyone for whatever reason. However that doesn't mean they will win. Also your case seems slam dunk for you in case they decide to peruse legal options. You did NOT sign any contract with them so there is NO breach of contract. Also you can tell them that you are going to report to Prime vendor that they knowingly misrepresented you (said they employed you whereas they did not). That will make sure that Prime vendor terminates all relations with middle vendor or does not give further business to them. Max middle vendor can do is sue your employer (most probably they signed a contract which your company is breaking) but that is not your problem. Don't be afraid.

You can start Greencard application in EB2 after receiving the MS degree in December 2006. H-1B and GC are two separate entities.

I had a very good working relationship with company A and my old attorney. They both confirmed that they did NOT request I-140 withdrawal. I do not see any case status change online. What surprises me is that H1B is a non immigrant petition and why would they open it now?

Can you please tell me, what will happen to my cases. If someone has gone through the same, if they can share their experiece that will be really appreciated.

Last week lot of people got LUD as 08/05/2007 and no one got any receipts or checks cashed.
I don't think it means anything at this point.
